A fully functional version of Black Sheep Invoices may be downloaded below. Be sure you read the server requirements, first! The PDF generation is done through an bundled script called html2ps, which will need to be configured manually for your server. As such, this should really only be tackled by web developers, not end users. Regrettably, at present we are not available to provide support on this script.

Requirements

  • PHP 4.3 or later
  • MySQL 4 or later
  • A modern, javascript-enabled browser
  • Ability to change the permissions of files and folders on your server
  • PHP GD2, with JPG and TTF support *
  • AFPL or GPL GhostScript 8.0 or higher *
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader *
  • GhostView 4.7 or higher *

* required for the PDF view / download option through html2ps.

Click the link above to download the zipfile. It contains an /install folder with an installation_instructions.txt file containing instructions on how to get the script going on your server. The script is so large (13MB when unzipped) due to the bundled html2ps script.
